Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. The service
StarsHunt is a talent superconnector. We build custom AI agents around each client’s hiring needs: the Recruiting Agent sources candidates, learns their fit over live conversations, and books introductions into client calendars; the Sales Agent finds hiring managers at scale and surfaces the ones ready to talk. Scope, roles, and markets are agreed per engagement.
2. Fees and payment
Pricing is outcome-based and agreed in writing before an engagement starts. There are no retainers, seat licenses, or platform fees. Invoices are issued when the agreed outcome occurs — for recruiting engagements, when a hire signs — and are payable within the term stated on the invoice.
3. Client obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate role briefs and candidate requirements, respond to introductions within a reasonable time, and treat every introduced candidate lawfully and professionally. Attempting to bypass StarsHunt to engage an introduced candidate without the agreed fee is a breach of these terms.
4. Guarantees
If a search stalls, we rework the brief with the client and continue — the risk stays on our side of the table. If no outcome is produced, no fee is owed. Any replacement or guarantee period beyond this is agreed per engagement.
5. Intellectual property
Candidate briefs, write-ups, and materials we deliver are for the client’s internal hiring use in the engagement they were delivered for. StarsHunt retains all rights to its methods, agents, software, and know-how.
6. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarsHunt’s aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Hiring decisions remain the client’s own.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for outcomes produced before termination remain payable, including hires signed within six months of an introduction we made.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are resolved in its courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
