These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of StarsHunt AI ("we," "us," or "our") by companies ("Client," "you," or "your") that engage with StarsHunt AI’s platform to conduct AI-powered interviews with candidates. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Provided

StarsHunt AI provides an AI-powered interview platform designed to assist client companies in conducting and evaluating interviews with candidates. The platform includes features for recording, transcribing, and evaluating candidate responses.

2. Access and Account Management

  • Authorized Users: Access to the StarsHunt platform is restricted to authorized users designated by the Client. Authorized users within the Client company must log in to access the platform, while candidates receive a unique link to join their scheduled interview session without logging into the platform.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. StarsHunt utilizes email validation for account access, ensuring that no passwords are stored within our platform. You are accountable for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Account Termination: StarsHunt reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform if there is any unauthorized use or breach of these Terms.

3. Data Collection and Usage

  • Company and Candidate Data: StarsHunt collects, processes, and stores personal information related to company users and candidates solely to provide the services. For details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  • Data Retention: We retain candidate and company data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as requested by the Client.
  • Cookies: StarsHunt AI uses cookies to store session tokens for maintaining your active session on the platform. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations, in your use of StarsHunt’s platform.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: StarsHunt AI retains all intellectual property rights to its software, algorithms, platform features, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over StarsHunt’s intellectual property.
  • Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the StarsHunt platform for your company’s internal hiring processes. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our platform or content is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or confidential information exchanged in connection with these Terms. You agree not to disclose or share StarsHunt’s confidential information with any third party without written consent.

7. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the use of StarsHunt’s platform, as outlined in the service agreement or pricing schedule.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms, including invoicing and payment due dates, are defined in the service agreement. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of access to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarsHunt AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: StarsHunt AI provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any purpose.
  • Service Interruptions: While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime.

10. Termination

  • Termination by Client: You may terminate your use of the StarsHunt platform at any time, subject to the terms of any applicable service agreement.
  • Termination by StarsHunt: StarsHunt reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach any of these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to meet payment obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

StarsHunt AI may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Clients of significant changes via email or directly on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation, as appropriate, in Delaware.
