Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Client contact and role information you give us; professional information about candidates (experience, skills, public profiles, compensation expectations, availability); and the content of conversations with Emma — calls, texts, and scheduling data — where consent rules allow.

2. Where it comes from

Directly from you; from public professional sources such as LinkedIn and the open web; from licensed data providers; and from conversations candidates choose to have with Emma.

3. How we use it

To source and understand candidates, arrange introductions between candidates and hiring managers, schedule conversations, and improve the quality of the service. We do not use personal data for unrelated advertising.

4. Call recording and AI processing

Emma is an AI agent and identifies herself as such. Calls may be recorded and transcribed where applicable consent requirements are met, and transcripts are used to prepare candidate briefs and for quality assurance.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers under contract (hosting, telephony, scheduling) who may only process it for us; and candidate briefs with the client whose engagement they were prepared for. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the engagement it was collected for and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Suppression lists are kept so opt-outs stay honored.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and opt out of further contact at any time — in a call with Emma, by reply to any message, or by email. We honor rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws based on your jurisdiction.

SMS / Text Messaging

StarsHunt, Inc. ("StarsHunt", "we", "us") may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to mobile numbers provided to us with consent.

What we send. Messages relate to our recruiting and staffing services — responding to inquiries, scheduling calls, sharing role or candidate information, and following up on active conversations.

How we obtain consent. We collect your mobile number and your consent in the course of a business conversation — by phone, by email, or in person — or where you have otherwise provided your number and asked us to contact you. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape phone numbers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@starshunt.ai.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
